HOW TO USE IT
The ACTIVO electronic ticket must be validated in the ticket machine placing the card near the symbol
For multi.journey time tickets the ticket must be valitated each time you chabge bus.
WHERE TO BUY IT
the electronic ACTIVO ticket can be pourchased at any ATVO ticket office.
ON BORD CHECKS
The regulation of the Region apply.
The right to travel with the electronic ticket is subject to the same regulation as the existing paper ticket.
VALIDITY
The condition of the elctronic ACTIVO ticket are the same as for paper tickets so it cannot be used by different people at the same time.
REIMBURSEMENT AND CHANGE OF CONTRACT
Regulation concerning reimbursement of the electronic ticket are the same ad for paper tickets. Moreover, in the case of contract, the amount of credit remaining on the ticket can be transferred or reused for the purchase of other typoes of ticket except where there are different condition for particular types of contract (Carta Argento ecc.)
RECHARGING
FISCAL RECEIPT
At the time of purchasing the electronic ticket a fiscal receipt will be issued containing an electronic code which enables the cardholder to request the card to be blocked should it be lost.
VALIDITY
In the even of ticket fare changes, the amount of credit remainig on the ticket can be reimbursed within one year from ATVO ticket offices.

Recharging can be carried out in all ATVO ticket offices or by Internet, section ACTIVO - pressing 'Charge the card/Ricarica la carta'.
One hour after the on-line operation, placing the card near the totem device installed at the bus station, the charge is transferred to the ticket holder.
CHECKING - READING THE ELECTRONIC CARD
Totem is installed at the ATVO bus station enabling reading and recharging the electronic ticket.
Putting the ACTIVO ticket near totem it is possible to obtain the following information:
a - the amount remaining on the card
b - tariff and type of ticket on the card
c - date of the last charge
Recharging can be carried out in all ATVO ticket offices or by Internet, section ACTIVO - pressing 'Charge the card/Ricarica la carta'.
