How to travel

Useful information and rules of conduct for traveling correctly and safely.

The travel document must be validated in the special “ticket validator” on board or scanned, must be kept for the entire duration of the journey, is non-transferable, and must be shown at any time upon request by ATVO staff or other agents legally responsible for verifying the regularity and safety of public passenger transport.

Control activities will be carried out by company personnel, both in uniform and plain clothes, equipped with valid identification documents.

Failure to validate your travel document due to a malfunction or breakdown of the ticket machine must be reported to the driver immediately.

The right to travel ceases at the end of the route corresponding to the value of the travel document, and no optional intermediate stops are permitted, except for those made for connections. In the event of continuing beyond the stop corresponding to the ticket, the passenger must obtain an additional travel document for the new destination.
